Job summary

Good Sale Tech Co., Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Livestream Lead to manage performance and operations for a selected brand portfolio. You will own end-to-end livestream initiatives, drive GMV, traffic, and KPI attainment, and coordinate with hosts, marketers, and product teams to align with brand campaigns.

You will analyze data, optimize content, schedules, and resources, and ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in livestream operations, e-commerce, or related field.
• Strong understanding of livestream platforms, particularly TikTok and Shopee.
• Experience managing livestream performance, hosts, schedules, and day-to-day operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Target-oriented with ownership and accountability for assigned brands.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in beauty or FMCG is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data sheets and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end livestream operations and performance of assigned brands.
• Develop and execute livestream strategies to achieve GMV, contribution, traffic, and other KPIs.
• Monitor daily livestream performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions.
• Manage livestream schedules, hosts, technical operators, and operational resources.
• Work with Host, Marketing, Commercial, and other teams to align livestreams with campaigns.
• Analyze livestream data and provide actionable insights and updates.
• Ensure SOPs, quality standards, and processes are followed consistently.
• Identify opportunities to improve livestream efficiency, content, traffic, and conversions.
• Support campaign planning, activations, product launches, and key livestream initiatives.
• Act as main point of contact for livestream-related matters for assigned brands.
