You will supervise the live host team, coordinate cross‑department efforts, analyze performance data, and implement optimization strategies to boost engagement, loyalty, and conversion while ensuring smooth execution of every broadcast.

Qualifications

• English proficiency for work communication, with at least 1 year of work experience.
• Experience in meticulous operation of live stream hosts and hosting techniques.
• Strong data sensitivity with ability to analyze and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the local execution of live stream operations, including planning live activities, product selection, process control, and room management.
• Formulate content plans and package high-quality content; organize hot topics to boost content quality.
• Coordinate internal communications within the department; pre-live prep, live event management, and post-live follow-ups.
• Supervise operational details based on traffic and feedback; adjust customer attraction strategies to reach goals.
• Plan live stream event marketing and set attraction goals with corresponding plans for each period.
• Handle issues during streams, provide feedback and solutions for resolution.
• Track and analyze data; provide insights and optimization strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
• Build, recruit, train, and evaluate the live stream host team; refine processes and rules.
