Job summary

You will coach staff, schedule shifts, monitor GMV and engagement, optimize on-the-fly promotions, and coordinate with marketing to plan topics, product drops, and discounts while upholding platform guidelines.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced communication required for live events.
• Familiarity with e-commerce live tools, voucher setups, and guidelines.
• Experience coaching staff, tracking attendance, and reviewing performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of live operators, moderators, and team members; set schedules and daily streaming duties.
• Oversee real-time broadcasts on platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee Live; fix issues during live sessions.
• Monitor GMV, engagement, promotions; coordinate with marketing on topics, product drops, and discounts.
