Responsibilities

Oversee overall operation and strategy for live streaming, including anchor scheduling, content planning, and execution management.
Design live streaming scripts and process flows (opening rhythm, interaction points, conversion cues).
Monitor real-time performance (viewers, dwell time, engagement, conversion) and perform post-mortem analysis to optimize.
Identify issues in content rhythm and conversion points and adjust strategies quickly.
Manage and train the anchor team to improve performance and output.
Collaborate with advertising/content teams to optimize traffic-content-conversion ROI.
