Job summary

Lazada Group in Manila is seeking a Live Streaming Operations Specialist to shape the live stream assortment for the Philippine market and own the day-to-day operations of official Lazada live streams to drive GMV growth.

You will analyze traffic and conversion data, collaborate with regional teams and MCN partners, and use Excel to deliver actionable insights. English is required; Filipino/Tagalog or Mandarin are a plus.

Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce operations, specifically live streaming on Lazada or Shopee within the Philippine market.
Strong understanding of Philippine consumer behavior and e-commerce ecosystem.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to support decision-making.
Excellent communication and coordination across cross-functional teams and external partners.
Established resources with Philippine MCN agencies preferred.
English proficiency mandatory; Filipino/Tagalog or Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective assortment strategies for live streaming based on Philippine market trends and consumer demands.
Own daily operations for official live stream rooms and key Lazada accounts to ensure high-quality livestreams and GMV growth.
Leverage MCN agencies and coordinate with internal teams to drive project execution and business goals.
Monitor and analyze live streaming data (traffic, conversion, GMV) and use Excel to generate reports and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
