Job summary

ByteDance Philippines is seeking a LIVE Campaigns Manager to plan, execute and evaluate goal-driven live campaigns for creators and users across our platforms.

You will analyze local market trends, collaborate with regional teams and cross‑functional partners (revenue, product and design) to drive engagement, monetization and revenue growth while ensuring a fun, safe space for LIVE users. This role requires strong data-driven judgment and excellent communication across international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with minimum 3 years' experience in content, campaigns, marketing or partnerships in tech, e-commerce or media.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional partners in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, execute and evaluate goal-driven Live campaigns for creators and users.
• Understand local market hot topics and work with regional teams to engage audiences and Live creators through campaigns and products.
• Identify issues and opportunities through in-depth data analysis and present findings to inform business decisions and campaign design.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with revenue, product and creative teams for campaign and product rollouts.
• Help create and monitor revenue growth strategies.
