Job summary

StarClinch is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to drive ticket sales and promote events across our entertainment venues in Negros Occidental. You will be the frontline representative, engaging audiences and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles, strong communication, and the ability to analyze customer preferences to optimize sales. A fast-paced environment and a passion for live events are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles within entertainment, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong verbal communication and empathy with diverse audiences.
• Analytical thinking to interpret customer behavior and optimize sales.
• Client handling: manage expectations, resolve issues, build rapport.
• Proficiency in scheduling, follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to promote and sell event tickets and packages.
• Provide information on shows, schedules, pricing, seating, and promos.
• Analyze customer preferences to tailor event experiences.
• Handle inquiries and reservations with accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with event coordinators, marketing, and venue staff.
• Maintain knowledge of events, promotions, and policies.
• Address complaints and feedback to ensure positive experiences.
• Hit individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach.
