The role involves coordinating resources, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring agents and cashiers have the tools and information needed to deliver quality service, while supporting event operations and billing processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from Call Centre and provide day-to-day ticketing support.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email.
• Assist with general and technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Plan and manage operations during events.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff.
• Ensure agents and cashiers have equipment and information needed.
• Help develop inventory and equipment utilization processes.
• Handle customer challenges related to ticket sales and policies.
• Coordinate with Event Organizers for post-event follow-up.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and perform admin duties as required by Operations Manager.
• Process and monitor billing payments and ensure timely settlement.
