Shopee is recruiting for a QA Operations and Governance role in the Philippines. You will lead QA activities, oversee appeals and category management, and drive accurate product data and policy compliance across the marketplace.

You will mentor a team of QA analysts, manage headcount and KPIs, and collaborate with Product, Tech, Legal, and Customer Support to deliver impactful improvements and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, listing quality, QA, risk operations, or platform governance.
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to work independently and drive results.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and scale QA activities; ensure product data complies with policies and standards.
• Lead appeals team to resolve seller disputes and optimise turnaround times.
• Maintain and optimise catalog structure, taxonomy, and backend Ops configuration.
