Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a Product Manager to own BRD creation, translate business needs into clear requirements, and drive end-to-end feature rollout across regions. You will coordinate UAT/QA, partner with regional product and development teams, and ensure timely adoption with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities include monitoring product performance, gathering user feedback, and iterating improvements with operations, tech, BI, and other teams to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in product management or related roles in tech or platform-based companies.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, requirement gathering, and testing processes.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with UAT, QA, and product rollout processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation and submission of BRD and feature requests, translating business needs into clear product requirements.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and QA efforts before release.
• Partner with regional product and development functions to ensure alignment and readiness.
• Manage end-to-end rollout of new features and enhancements with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with operations, tech, BI to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback.
