Job summary

The successful candidate will support mission-critical servers, performing tasks like vulnerability management and server hardening, and collaborating with analysts and engineers to maintain peak performance of servers.

The role requires superior knowledge of Red Hat Linux, experience with Windows Server support, and familiarity with VMware technologies. Ideal candidates have at least 4 years in a server support role and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in server support within a large enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Change Management processes.
• Experience with patching and server hardening.

Responsibilities

• Support mission-critical servers and resolve day-to-day incidents.
• Maintain and optimize server performance and availability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
