Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking an experienced Server Infrastructure Administrator to support IT Infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments, with Linux ~30% of scope. The role includes 2nd line support, incident management, and collaboration with vendors.

You will manage on-premise and cloud infrastructure, AD, GPOs, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and CI/CD tooling (Perforce, GitLab, Jenkins), focusing on reliability and automation with Ansible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in server infrastructure administration (Windows and Linux).
• Strong MS Stack knowledge: Active Directory, GPOs, DHCP, DNS, plus virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Solid Linux server administration (Ubuntu/RHEL), Bash and Python scripting, CLI troubleshooting.
• Hands-on with server hardware provisioning and out-of-band management (Dell iDRAC, HP iLO).
• Strong storage knowledge (SAN/NAS, Synology) and storage protocols (iSCSI, NFS, SMB/CIFS).
• Experience with backup/DR: Veeam and Commvault.
• Experience using ServiceNow for IT operations.
• Hands-on with Ansible for automation and config management.
• Experience with Perforce, GitLab, Jenkins in CI/CD; change management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated incidents within SLAs and provide 2nd line support for Windows and Linux servers.
• Lead problem resolution with third-party vendors and participate in Problem management.
• Manage on-premise and cloud server infrastructure with Windows/Linux mix (~30% Linux).
• Administer virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage (Dell/HP/Synology).
• Support AD, GPOs, DHCP, DNS and design scalable infrastructure.
• Deliver new services per business requirements and lead infrastructure projects.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD infrastructure (Perforce, GitLab, Jenkins).
• Automate provisioning and maintenance with Ansible; document designs and procedures.
