Responsibilities

• Monitor application, infra and telecoms using monitoringtools.
• Analyse alerts, assess impact, create incidents and raise the service owner.
• Support the technical teams during incident management by producing charts and custom reports from monitoringtools.
• Work with SMEs in producing insight reports of Events and optimizing the use of the monitoringtools.
