Qualifications

• Experience with application incident and request support.
• Knowledge of legacy application support (IBAS / PowerBuilder).
• Ability to navigate legacy UI flows and interpret legacy-style logs and error messages.
• Ability to perform safe validation checks (data sanity checks, job status verification, dependency checks).
• Ability to deliver approved configuration changes (rules, parameters, mappings) within defined guardrails.
• Ability to implement small enhancements (minor scripts, small UI or logic adjustments, small API changes where authorized).
• Ability to maintain simple unit checks or smoke validation steps to confirm changes behave as intended.
• Ability to isolate fault domain (application vs infrastructure vs integration vs access) before escalating.
• Ability to build complete “evidence packs” for vendor L3: steps to reproduce, screenshots, timestamps, correlation IDs, sample records, logs, and observed vs expected behavior.
• Ability to use Claude and other approved AI tools to accelerate work products: troubleshooting trees, incident summaries, draft SQL queries, safe scripts, runbooks, and release checklists.
