• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools (Dripify, Expandi, HeyReach) and using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted lists.
• Strong understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm and what drives reach in 2026.
• Proactive, ownership mindset and ability to manage own day-to-day work without constant supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, publish, and manage LinkedIn content on a founder's profile.
• Run daily engagement by commenting thoughtfully on posts to grow visibility.
• Build targeted prospect lists and run connection/messages sequences.
• Identify warm leads and reach out with personalized, non-spammy messages.
• Track performance across reach, engagement, connections, replies, and leads; report results.
• Suggest data-driven improvements to content and outreach based on metrics.
• Keep outreach safe, personal, and on-brand at all times.
