• Proven experience growing a LinkedIn presence and/or running LinkedIn lead generation with real results.
• Excellent written English for professional, international outreach.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools (Dripify, Expandi, HeyReach, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Schedule, publish, and manage LinkedIn content for a founder's profile.
• Engage daily with thoughtful, non-spammy comments to grow visibility.
• Build targeted prospect lists and run connection/messages campaigns.
• Identify warm leads and reach out with personalized messages.
• Track performance and report on reach, engagement, replies, and leads.
• Suggest data-driven improvements based on metrics.
• Keep outreach safe, personal, and on-brand.
