Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools (Dripify, Expandi, HeyReach or similar).
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted prospect lists.
• Strong understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm and reach drivers in 2026.
• Proactive ownership mindset; ability to spot opportunities and act on them.
• Sharp, consistent, self-reliant with strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Schedule, publish, and manage LinkedIn content (posts, newsletters, documents) on a founder’s profile.
• Drive daily engagement by writing thoughtful, human comments on target-audience posts.
• Build targeted prospect lists and run connection and message sequences through outreach campaigns.
• Identify warm leads and reach out with personalized, non-spammy messages.
• Track performance across reach, engagement, connections, replies, and leads; report results.
• Recommend data-driven changes to content and outreach based on numbers.
• Keep outreach safe, personal, and on-brand at all times.
