Job summary

The Moment Group in the Philippines is seeking a hardworking Line Cook to support daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service, maintain inventory, supervise cleanliness and food safety, and handle equipment with care.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, marinating, mixing, and measuring according to recipe standards.
• Cook menu items using various cooking methods such as grilling, frying, sautéing, roasting, and steaming.
• Ensure food quality, portioning, presentation, and consistency meet company standards.
• Restock kitchen stations and maintain proper organization of ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards in all kitchen areas.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and proper storage of ingredients.
• Follow kitchen procedures, recipes, and preparation guidelines accurately.
• Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during peak hours and high-volume service.
