• 5+ years running email/SMS lifecycle for a USA DTC or subscription brand.
• Strong copywriting instincts and ability to edit copy in a brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle program: email and SMS flows, segmentation, win-back campaigns, and lifecycle calendar.
• Audit and optimize flows to deliver measurable retention gains and higher LTV.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement fixes and scale the lifecycle system as we grow.
