Huzzle invites a strategic retention marketer to own lifecycle marketing for a portfolio of high-growth DTC eCommerce brands. You will drive repeat purchases, maximize customer lifetime value, and scale revenue through Klaviyo and SMS platforms.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing within DTC eCommerce or agency space.
• Deep, hands-on Klaviyo experience required.
• Ability to write high-converting, direct-response copy.
• Ability to translate data into strategy and client roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of KPIs like revenue, AOV, churn.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly email/SMS campaign calendars for a portfolio of eCommerce brands.
• Write compelling copy for campaigns and automated flows (welcome, carts, winbacks, VIP).
• Audit and refine automation to improve performance across customer journey stages.
• Translate performance metrics into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead strategy calls and act as advisor for retention growth and account health.
• Collaborate with designers, implementers, and paid media teams for cohesive execution.
• Leverage AI tools and segmentation to deliver hyper-personalized experiences.
