Job summary

KMC Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven CRM Marketing Specialist to support US after-hours email and SMS campaigns. You will manage campaign execution, QA, and ensure deployment readiness while working with Senior Lifecyle Marketer to align on priorities.

Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision, using platforms like Iterable or Klaviyo to deliver high-quality customer communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Email Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
• Experience using Iterable or Klaviyo.
• Experience building and executing email and/or SMS campaigns.
• Strong experience working within Slack.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and systems.
• Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, QA, and deploy email and SMS communications using Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
• Duplicate, configure, and manage existing workflows and templates.
• Validate audience segmentation, personalization fields, links, UTM parameters, and send schedules.
• Ensure all communications are accurately built and ready for deployment.
• Monitor incoming communication requests through Slack-integrated ticketing workflows.
• Self-manage assigned tickets during designated coverage hours.
• Prioritize urgent requests and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders through Slack when clarification is required.
• Perform detailed review of all communication requests before launch.
• Identify inconsistencies, missing information, incorrect dates, broken links, or formatting issues.
• Escalate concerns proactively to prevent sending errors.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow established campaign build processes and templates.
• Maintain documentation of completed work and status updates.
• Adhere closely to existing workflows created by the Senior Lifecycle Marketer.
