Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to elevate our campaigns through customer journey mapping, targeted messaging, and data-driven optimization. You’ll work in the digital marketing team to leverage our automation stack, including email, SMS, and push notifications, to both acquire and retain customers.

You’ll own the communications calendar, collaborate across teams, ensure compliant messaging, and translate insights into actionable improvements, while keeping pace

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience working in the marketing automation and/or email marketing space.
• Experience in customer journey mapping, audience segmentation and automation journey design and development.
• HTML and CSS knowledge for email communications.

Responsibilities

• Creation, Testing and optimising personalised flows, including email, SMS, and app notifications.
• Set up journeys, test them and report on them.
• Drive new customer acquisition and strategy as well as retention of our current customers.
• Own the comms calendar and coordinate with the wider marketing team.
