Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Email Marketing Automation Specialist for a 6-month contract. You will design and optimize customer journeys across email, SMS, and push notifications using our Martech stack, including Iterable.

You will build personalised flows, test campaigns, and analyze data to drive acquisition and retention, collaborating with cross-functional teams while staying compliant with industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in marketing automation and/or email marketing.
• Experience with customer journey mapping and automation design.
• HTML/CSS for email communications and responsive design.
• Knowledge of data integration from CRM and web sources.

Responsibilities

• Use automation tools to create and optimise email, SMS and app notification journeys.
• Set up journeys, test them and report results.
• Drive new customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimise messaging and creative.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations.
