Job summary

GoTyme is hiring a CLM Copywriter to craft customer-facing copy across push, in-app, email, SMS, banners, and landing content. You will convert lifecycle briefs into clear, on-brand messages for GoTyme Bank Philippines, GoTyme Bank South Africa, and partner brands, with emphasis on testing and performance.

You will write in English and Taglish (PH) or other local languages as requested, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a human tone across activation, stickiness, primary bank, and reactivation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 2+ years of copywriter experience in agency, brand, or digital team.
• Portfolio of short-form copy required.
• Writes with the customer in mind: clear, honest, and helpful.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools, or willingness to learn and keep human touch.
• Clear, warm, persuasive writing in a few words.
• Customer empathy and ability to explain financial concepts simply.
• Comfort with data and testing, and openness to feedback.
• Uses AI tools to work faster without losing voice or brand standards.
• Speed and consistency under high volume.
• Strong collaboration with designers and marketers.

Responsibilities

• Write copy for push, in-app, email, SMS, banners, and landing content from briefs.
• Work within channel constraints: limits, previews, CTAs, personalization, fallbacks.
• Write in English and local languages (e.g., Taglish) for target markets.
• Use AI tools to draft variants and explore angles, while owning final wording.
• Ensure copy is accurate, on-brand, plain language, and compliant with guidelines.
• Proofread and QA copy in-platform before launch.
• Build a copy library of proven lines, templates, and tone guides.
• Collaborate closely with designers to land copy and visuals as a single idea.
• Manage briefs and turnaround through the creative intake process.
