GoTyme is hiring a CLM Copywriter to craft customer-facing copy across push, in-app, email, SMS, banners, and landing content. You will convert lifecycle briefs into clear, on-brand messages for GoTyme Bank Philippines, GoTyme Bank South Africa, and partner brands, with emphasis on testing and performance.
You will write in English and Taglish (PH) or other local languages as requested, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a human tone across activation, stickiness, primary bank, and reactivation
GoTyme is a joint venture between the Gokongwei Group, one of the biggest conglomerates in the Philippines, and the Singapore-headquartered digital banking group Tyme. This venture combines the trusted Gokongwei brand, customer base, and distribution ecosystem with Tyme’s globally proven digital banking technology and hands‑on experience building South Africa’s leading digital bank, TymeBank, one of the fastest‑growing digital banks in the world today.
At GoTyme, we have embarked on a journey to democratize financial services and bring next‑level banking to the Philippines. We seek individuals who share our belief that the game is worth changing, to join our growing team of GoTymers as we build, launch, and scale a bank that empowers all Filipinos to navigate a path to financial freedom.
The CLM Copywriter writes the words customers read every day in and around the GoTyme app experience and nudges: push notifications, in‑app messages, emails, SMS, banners, and engagement communications. Sitting in the CLM Creatives team, the role turns lifecycle briefs into clear, human, on‑brand copy that gets customers to act, and keeps that quality consistent at the volume and speed lifecycle marketing demands.
The role supports GoTyme Bank Philippines, GoTyme Bank South Africa, and partner brands such as Sanlam, based on assignment. Great work here means short copy that performs, proven through tests and conversion, not just approvals. The function runs on four growth loops: activation, stickiness, primary bank, and reactivation, and the work here supports all four.
