Job summary

GoTyme PH in the Philippines is seeking a CLM Copywriter to craft lifecycle copy for the GoTyme app across push, in-app, email, and SMS channels. You will turn briefs into clear, on-brand copy, balancing speed with accuracy in a high-volume environment.

You will work across activation, stickiness, primary bank, and reactivation loops, ensuring copy is concise, compliant, and customer-friendly. A portfolio of short-form copy is required, with emphasis on testing and collaboration with design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 2+ years of copywriter experience in agency, brand, or digital team.
• Portfolio of short-form copy required.
• Writes with customer in mind: clear, honest, helpful.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools, with ability to keep copy human and on-brand.
• Clear, warm, persuasive writing in few words.
• Customer empathy and ability to simplify financial concepts.
• Comfort with data and testing, and openness to feedback.
• Uses AI tools to work faster without losing voice or accuracy.
• Speed and consistency under high volume.
• Strong collaboration with designers and marketers.

Responsibilities

• Create copy for push notifications, in-app messages, emails, SMS, banners, and landing content from CLM briefs.
• Adhere to channel constraints: character limits, previews, CTAs, personalization, fallbacks.
• Write in English, Taglish for the Philippines, and other local languages as requested.
• Leverage AI tools for variants and market adaptation while owning final wording.
