Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience in Life Sciences/Pharma.
• Strong understanding of Life Sciences Commercial processes and technology.
• Hands-on experience across Upstream and Downstream Commercial functions.
• Experience with HCP engagement, digital/web, loyalty, customer engagement, and commercial solutions.
• Strong techno-functional capabilities bridging business and technology teams.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or other commercial technology platforms.
• OneKey or similar Life Sciences commercial/customer data product experience is highly desirable.
• Strong planning, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, governance, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercial technology projects within scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors.
• Provide project governance, dashboards, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Architecture, Business, and other cross-functional teams.
