Job summary

Cipla is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to design and drive end-to-end development strategies, filing and approval timelines, and centralized support to meet timelines and budgets. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risk, and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Post-Graduation in Pharmacy or Science with relevant management exposure.
• 10–12 years of experience in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industries.
• Pharmacy/Science background with preferred management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from portfolio to filing with on-time, within-budget results.
• Act as SPOC for projects to corporate functions and senior management.
• Manage risk, stage gates, and regulatory/quality compliance across projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners (CRO/CMO) to drive milestones.
• Maintain project artifacts (charter, scope) and provide monthly updates.
