Job summary

Biopharma Careers seeks a structured project management professional to lead transformation initiatives across global operations. The role collaborates with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive programs from scoping through rollout.

You will manage multiple portfolios, apply governance, and identify opportunities for Growth and client engagement while ensuring delivery quality and risk controls across international environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of overall professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a project leadership role.
• 3–4 years of experience in business process effectiveness or development.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end Transformation projects with teams of 20–50 FTE or more.
• Experience delivering Non-Complex Program Transformation and Strategic Global Enterprise-level initiatives in Finance, HR, Procurement, or Technology.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to present clearly to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in complex, international environments.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA or Workday.
• Exposure to business development or client-facing activities in professional services or GBS context.

Responsibilities

• Manage 1–2 project portfolios spanning transformation, PMI, business development, and other DES and GES Hub initiatives.
• Define and apply processes and procedures that ensure successful execution of projects across full lifecycle.
• Proactively identify key risks, prioritize mitigation actions, and agree on resolution plans with stakeholders.
• Monitor and report progress, quality, and risk status via governance calls and management presentations.
• Steer portfolio planning in alignment with Integration & Transformation leadership, PMO, and stakeholders.
• Oversee project calibration, resource gaps, and timely adjustments to keep delivery on track.
• Apply standard project management tools and templates in line with the Project Methodology.
• Ensure quality assurance across the full project portfolio.
• Lead research to identify new business opportunities and emerging customer needs.
• Arrange, facilitate, and lead business development meetings with prospective clients.
• Cultivate and grow long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
