Job summary

Lonza in Singapore is seeking a Senior Program Manager (CGT) to lead complex customer programs from planning to execution. You will partner with customers, manage scope, timeline, and cost, and ensure quality standards are met across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes office‑first collaboration with optional remote work up to 20% and requires strong PM experience in biotech/pharma. PMP is preferred, with FDA-regulated experience an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• PMP certification highly desired.
• Experience in FDA-regulated biotech/pharma environments.
• CDMO exposure strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical research and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Be the interface between the Customer and Lonza to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery with quality.
• Understand customer needs and advocate their interests on-site.
• Utilize PM standard work and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet scope objectives.
• Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.
• Promote best practices in PM tools and uphold data integrity and compliance.
