Job summary

Lupin is seeking a Manager – Strategy to drive strategic initiatives, digital transformation, and operational excellence in the Philippines. The role translates strategy into actionable plans, leads cross-functional projects, and delivers measurable business outcomes.

The candidate will develop and execute strategic/operational plans, analyze market trends, and build alignment with stakeholders. Experience in pharma/healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Strategy, PMO, Digital Transformation, or related functions.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic and operational plans aligned with business goals.
• Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategic actions.
• Build alignment and engagement among internal and external stakeholders for key initiatives.
