The role focuses on outbound calls to qualified leads, qualifying interest, and scheduling appointments with licensed agents. You will use CRM and dialer systems, maintain accurate records, handle objections professionally, and follow scripts and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in outbound BPO or appointment setting.
• Strong spoken English with clear, confident communication.
• Comfortable in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Experience using a CRM, dialer, or similar contact-center technology.
• Willingness to work onsite at the designated BPO delivery site in Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned consumer leads using CRM and dialer systems.
• Work Nia-generated leads, agent-specific leads, and other approved lists.
• Follow required contact cadence and complete timely follow-up attempts.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with licensed agents.
• Document all contact attempts, dispositions, appointments, and notes in the CRM.
• Maintain appointment quality and show rates; escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in coaching, call reviews, and performance-improvement activities.
