Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in outbound calling, appointment setting, or BPO sales support.
• Excellent spoken and written English with neutral accent.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
• Strong computer skills, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to assigned U.S. lead lists during approved calling windows.
• Send follow-up SMS and email using approved scripts and templates.
• Introduce Phil-Am Insurance at a high level and confirm interest in speaking with a licensed advisor.
• Book appointments directly into U.S. staff calendars, matching time zone and advisor availability.
• Confirm every appointment and send reminders ahead of the scheduled time.
• Log call outcomes, notes, and dispositions in the CRM accurately and in real time.
• Re-engage aged, recycled, and previously unresponsive leads per campaign rules.
• Reschedule cancellations and work no-shows back onto the calendar.
• Follow U.S. insurance marketing rules, TCPA guidelines, and internal policy.
