Visa is seeking a Licensing Consultant in Manila to manage resources for new and add-on Visa products. You will define scope, gather requirements, and guide clients on regulations, fees, and functionality for effective implementations.

The role requires extensive licensing knowledge, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical language. Expect collaboration across onboarding and implementation teams, with some in-office days.

Formación

• 8+ years of work experience in client-facing roles in financial services or payments.
• Experience managing licensing processes, regulatory requirements, and onboarding.
• Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese; cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultative licensing support for mid to high complexity requests.
• Guide onboarding queries and licensing requirements for clients and prospects.
• Coordinate with Onboarding, Implementation, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor license workstreams and update status across systems.
• Handle licensing lifecycle tasks: sponsorships, upgrades/downgrades, mergers.
• Deliver client and internal presentations on processes and timelines.
