Job summary

Visa is seeking a Licensing Consultant in the Philippines to manage resources for implementing new and add-on Visa products and services. You will define project scope, gather requirements, and provide guidance on Visa regulations, fees, and functionality to structure effective implementations.

You will test systems, troubleshoot issues, prepare project plans, and translate business requirements into technical language, including using AI tools to support daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree optional for higher eligibility.
• Experience in client-facing roles within financial services or payments.
• Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized consultative support on license requests of mid to high complexity.
• Offer upfront licensing consultancy to onboard clients and clarify requirements.
• Guide client-facing teams on licensing and onboarding queries including expansions.
• Coordinate with Onboarding and Implementation teams to improve client experience.
• Monitor license workstreams and update status in systems.
• Handle licensing lifecycle tasks including sponsorships, upgrades/downgrades, mergers, terminations.
• Present licensing processes and timelines to clients and stakeholders with clear materials.
• Provide training to staff and partners on licensing processes.
