Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience or advanced degree at entry
• Experience in client-facing roles within financial services or payment industry
• Experience in managing high volume of work with attention to detail and deadlines
• Experience in supporting operational activities and delivering process efficiencies
• Experience in project management and implementing new products in payment processing

Responsibilities

• Provide customized consultative support on license requests of mid to high complexity, applying in-depth knowledge of Visa bylaws and regulatory requirements.
• Offer upfront licensing consultancy to address client onboarding requirements.
• Work with client-facing teams to guide licensing and onboarding queries, including business expansions.
• Coordinate with Onboarding and Implementation teams to improve client onboarding experience and services.
• Monitor license application workstreams and update status in systems.
• Handle administration of licensing lifecycle including sponsorships, upgrades/downgrades, mergers, terminations.
