Job summary

Beepo Inc. in Clark, Pampanga, is seeking a Licensing Solution CSR to support sales activities and customer inquiries. In this hybrid, day-shift role, you will reduce administrative workload, handle quotes, and help convert opportunities into sales.

You will build relationships with customers and partners, align with vendor programs, and contribute to team targets. The role emphasizes responsiveness, accuracy, and professional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in Sales Administration with Customer Support experience, preferably in a BPO setup.
• Strong administration skills with high attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT product knowledge, specifically Microsoft and Symantec products.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining customer and vendor relationships.
• Effective negotiation and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to build and grow business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Reduce AEM/AM admin workload to boost sales productivity.
• Manage customer sales queries and convert opportunities to sales.
• Provide solutions and quotations with options for customers and AEM/AM.
• Meet outbound response metrics monthly.
• Resolve quote and order issues with customers and partners.
• Maximise promotions and incentive programs to upsell and profitability.
• Support the team to achieve performance targets.
• Respond to inbound calls, emails and IMs promptly.
• Maintain positive internal relationships.
• Perform other duties to support the SWS sales team.
