Job summary

Insight is hiring a Licensing Operations Specialist to join our Pasig team. This role supports Microsoft licensing programs, processes contract documents, enrollment renewals, and related portal tasks.

You will work with Software Advisors and Licensing Consultants, handle quotes, onboarding, and documentation in SharePoint/Teams, with night shifts and on-site office presence required. The position offers growth opportunities, training, and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Experience supporting customer contracts and Microsoft Licensing preferred.
• Able to work on a NIGHT SHIFT schedule and travel/relocate to Insight Office when required.
• Strong written and verbal English communications skills.
• Able to thrive with rapidly changing requirements and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support quoting requests on Insight systems (training provided).
• Respond to questions about operational practices of Microsoft products.
• Process MLS requests, POSS tickets and other portal tasks.
• Quotes support for net new opportunities, subscriptions modifications, and renewals.
• Route emails to appropriate team members based on content and maintain SharePoint/Teams documents.
• Coordinate with SLCs/SA's or Sales on current opportunities and activities.
