Job summary

Goldline Cosmetics Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join the product and production team in Caloocan. You will ensure CGMP compliance, manage regulatory docs, and uphold quality across packaging, raw materials, and finished goods.

With 1+ year in QC/QA and strong English communication, you will inspect production lines and maintain inventory integrity while driving continuous improvement onsite, Monday–Saturday 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with PRC license.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.
• At least 1 year in Quality Control/Quality Assurance (CGMP).
• Cosmetics manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Documentation and record-keeping expertise.
• Excellent English communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to work onsite in Caloocan, Monday to Saturday 8am-5pm.

Ensure the compliance of Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) for a top Philippine cosmetic brand. Work as a part of the product and production team in ensuring the inventory and quality of packaging materials, raw materials and finished goods by conducting inspections before, during and after production.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all corporate and product documents are complete, updated, compliant, and registered with regulatory agencies.

• Manages regulatory documents, applications, renewals, and licenses.

• Uphold quality control standards, and inventory tolerances of raw materials, packaging materials, samples, and finished goods

• Review, inspect, and audit production lines, outputs, and personnel

• Ensure CGMP practices are upheld in every company touchpoint

• Ensure inventory levels, reports, and FEFO are updated with precision

• Develop process and personnel development plans to improve total quality and efficiency.

• Knowledge on different types of testing such as but not limited to stability testing, micro testing.

• Dependable with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, and is a current PRC Pharmacy license holder

• Detail-oriented with good time management skills

• At least 1-year experience in Quality Control/ Quality Assurance (CGMP)

• Quality Control experience in cosmetics manufacturing is an advantage

• With experience in documentation, control systems and the knowledge to establish record-keeping practice

• Great communicator in English

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Open to working onsite in Caloocan, Monday to Saturday 8am-5pm
