Job summary

Goldline Cosmetics Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join the product and production team in Caloocan. You will ensure CGMP compliance, manage regulatory docs, and uphold quality across packaging, raw materials, and finished goods.

With 1+ year in QC/QA and strong English communication, you will inspect production lines and maintain inventory integrity while driving continuous improvement onsite, Monday–Saturday 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with PRC license.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.
• At least 1 year in Quality Control/Quality Assurance (CGMP).
• Cosmetics manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Documentation and record-keeping expertise.
• Excellent English communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to work onsite in Caloocan, Monday to Saturday 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of CGMP for the cosmetic brand.
• Manage regulatory documents, applications, renewals, and licenses.
• Uphold quality control standards and inventory tolerances.
• Review, inspect, and audit production lines, outputs, and personnel.
• Ensure CGMP practices at all company touchpoints.
• Maintain inventory levels, reports, and FEFO accuracy.
• Develop processes and personnel development plans to improve quality and efficiency.
• Knowledge of testing types such as stability and micro testing.
• Demonstrate dependability with responsibility and initiative.
