Job description

• Monitoring and interpreting changes in cosmetic regulations and guidelines, both locally and internationally
• Liaising with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and certifications for new and existing products
• Reviewing and ensuring all product formulations, labelling, and marketing materials adhere to regulatory requirements
• Coordinating with the product development and manufacturing teams to implement regulatory compliance measures
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and records to demonstrate regulatory compliance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential regulatory risks
• Providing training and guidance to staff on regulatory best practices

• Registered Pharmacist, Chemist, Chemical Engineer with valid PRC License
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a regulatory or compliance role within the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry
• In-depth knowledge of cosmetic regulations, guidelines, and testing requirements, particularly in the Philippines and ASEAN region
