Job summary

Asia Cosmos Cosmetics Manufacturing in Novaliches, Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking a Regulatory Pharmacist for full-time, on-site work to handle regulatory submissions to the Philippine FDA and ensure compliance with ASEAN Cosmetic Directive and GMP.

The role requires 1 year of regulatory experience in cosmetics or healthcare, a PRC license, and strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication. Daily on-site work with R&D, QA, Production, and Marketing teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist with PRC license.
• 1 year of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Registration, Quality Assurance, or Compliance within cosmetics/pharmaceutical/healthcare.
• Knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations, ASEAN Cosmetic Directive, GMP, and product notification processes.
• Experience in preparing and processing regulatory submissions is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit product notifications and regulatory requirements to the Philippine FDA.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ASEAN Cosmetic Directive requirements, GMP, and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Maintain and monitor product notifications, permits, licenses, and regulatory documentation.
• Review product labels, packaging materials, marketing claims, and formulations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with FDA and other regulatory agencies regarding product applications, renewals, and compliance matters.
• Monitor regulatory updates and advise management on changes affecting company operations and products.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, Production, and Marketing to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Assist during FDA inspections, audits, and regulatory assessments.
• Perform QA and QC functions during periods of regulatory workload variation.
