Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring proper handling, storage and management of skincare and cosmetic products.
• Review product information: name, ingredients, product type, batch numbers, expiry date.
• Check condition, packaging, labeling, and integrity of products on receipt and distribution.
• Monitor near-expiry, expired, damaged, recalled, and non-conforming products.
• Prepare and organize documents for FDA applications, registrations, licenses, and permits.
• Maintain updated FDA documents, product records and regulatory files.
• Monitor regulatory deadlines and inform supervisor of renewals/submissions.
• Maintain product dossiers and supporting documents for skincare and cosmetics.
• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse/storage areas.
• Check incoming deliveries for quantity, product condition, batch numbers, expiry dates, and packaging.

About the role

The Pharmacist – Compliance & Regulatory Support will assist in ensuring that the company's skincare and cosmetic products comply with applicable FDA regulations, product requirements, company policies, and quality standards. The role is suitable for a fresh graduate or entry-level licensed Pharmacist who will receive training and practical exposure in cosmetic product compliance, FDA regulatory requirements, product documentation, labeling, inventory management, quality monitoring, and supply chain operations. The Pharmacist will work closely with the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager and other departments to maintain accurate product records, support regulatory requirements and submissions, monitor product quality and storage conditions, and ensure proper handling of skincare and cosmetic products.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring the proper handling, storage, and management of skincare and cosmetic products
• Review basic product information, including product name, ingredients, product type, batch/lot number, and expiry date
• Assist in checking the condition, packaging, labeling, and integrity of products upon receipt and before distribution
• Monitor near-expiry, expired, damaged, returned, recalled, and non-conforming products
• Assist in preparing and organizing documents required for FDA applications, product notifications/registrations, licenses, permits, and other regulatory requirements applicable to cosmetics
• Maintain updated copies of FDA documents, certificates, product records, and regulatory files
• Monitor regulatory deadlines and inform the supervisor of upcoming renewals or submissions
• Assist in maintaining product dossiers and supporting documents for skincare and cosmetic products
• Assist in conducting regular inspections of warehouse and storage areas
• Assist in checking incoming deliveries for quantity, product condition, batch/lot numbers, expiry dates, and packaging

About you
