Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Product Manager (Lending) to lead the development and growth of lending products across their lifecycle. The role collaborates with Risk, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and other stakeholders to deliver customer-focused, commercially successful offerings.

You will drive strategy, manage end-to-end development and optimization, and monitor performance across revenue, profitability, acquisition, and risk metrics while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Development.
• Experience in banking, fintech, consumer finance, or financial services.
• Experience with lending products and end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and enhancement initiatives.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization.
• Identify product and growth opportunities based on customer insights, market trends, and business performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor product performance, including revenue, profitability, acquisition, conversion, utilization, and risk-related metrics.
• Recommend improvements to product features, pricing, processes, and customer journeys.
• Support product testing, UAT, and implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Ensure products comply with relevant internal governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product strategy and development.
• Present product performance, business cases, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
