Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau or similar data visualization software.
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages (R, Python, NumPy, MatLab, SQL) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze metrics across the lending funnel to provide insights.
• Refine lending strategies, pricing, and segmentation using data-driven insights.
• Identify growth opportunities across segments, industries, ecosystems.
• Collaborate with product, risk, tech, and operations to deliver solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end data analytics process from problem to storytelling.
• Improve customer journey, approval process, and turnaround time.
• Support underwriting strategies and frameworks with data.
• Deliver periodic and ad hoc management reports.
• Assist leads in managing the lending portfolio.
• Track and remediate complaints, regulatory issues, and process gaps.
