Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Development in banking/fintech or financial services.
• Experience with consumer lending, personal loans, digital lending or similar lending products.
• Proven track record of managing products from development through launch and optimization.
• Strong analytical, commercial, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and enhancements.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization.
• Identify opportunities based on customer insights, market trends, and performance.
• Define product requirements with cross-functional teams and drive implementation.
• Monitor product performance: revenue, profitability, acquisition, conversion, utilization, and risk metrics.
• Recommend improvements to features, pricing, processes, and customer journeys.
• Support product testing, UAT, and rollout of new features.

The role will work closely with Risk, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and other stakeholders to deliver customer-focused and commercially successful products.

• Work with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor product performance, including revenue, profitability, acquisition, conversion, utilization, and risk-related metrics.
• Recommend improvements to product features, pricing, processes, and customer journeys.
• Support product testing, UAT, and implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Ensure products comply with relevant internal governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product strategy and development.
• Present product performance, business cases, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
