• Monitor and analyze key metrics across the lending funnel to provide insights on Bank customers.
• Refine lending strategies, pricing, and segmentation using data-driven insights.
• Identify growth opportunities across target segments, industries, and ecosystems.
• Collaborate with product, risk, tech, and operations to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead end-to-end data analytics: problem definition, design, data gathering, analysis, visualization, storytelling.
• Improve customer journey, approval process, and turnaround time.
• Support risk and credit teams to optimize underwriting strategies and frameworks.
• Ensure high quality and accuracy of results.
• Deliver management reports and ad hoc analytics periodically.
• Assist business leads in managing the lending portfolio.
• Track remediation of complaints, regulatory issues, and process gaps.
