Job summary

Maya in the Philippines seeks a Credit & Portfolio Management Analyst to drive data-driven lending decisions through portfolio analytics, risk monitoring, and performance insights. You will partner with Risk, Business, and Data teams to analyze portfolio trends and support growth with balanced risk management.

Your work will cover developing reports and dashboards, performing data analysis, and creating decision frameworks to guide risk and business choices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and data-driven mindset.
• Experience in Credit Risk Analytics, Portfolio Analytics, or risk modeling.
• Experience with scorecards, ECL, or portfolio performance analysis is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python, R, or SAS.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and visualization.
• Ability to turn data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain portfolio reports, dashboards, and analytics tools.
• Analyze portfolio trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Support scorecard monitoring, portfolio segmentation, forecasting, and risk analytics.
• Create analytical frameworks and portfolio monitoring processes for risk decisions.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with Risk, Business, and Data teams to support strategic initiatives.
