Job summary

Maya Bank is seeking a Lending Business Specialist in Manila to unlock growth opportunities through data‑driven insights across the lending funnel. You’ll partner with product, risk, tech, and operations to optimize underwriting, pricing, and customer journeys.

You will analyze metrics, build scalable processes, and deliver periodic and ad hoc reports while supporting the business leads in managing the lending portfolio. The role demands strong Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics or related programs.
• 2-3 years of experience in business development, growth roles, or project management.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau or similar data visualization software.
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages (R, Python, NumPy, MatLab, SQL) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key metrics across the lending funnel to provide insights on Bank customers.
• Use data-driven insights to refine lending strategies, pricing, and segmentation.
• Identify and unlock growth opportunities across target segments, industries, and ecosystems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Engage in the end-to-end lifecycle of data analytics from problem identification to storytelling.
