Our Clients in the Philippines is seeking a dedicated professional to support and optimize legal operations. The role involves improving workflows, maintaining legal technology platforms, and developing templates and intake processes to streamline service delivery.

You will monitor performance metrics, collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams, and contribute to automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize legal operations by improving workflows, processes, and service delivery.
• Administer, maintain, and enhance legal technology platforms, systems, and tools used by the Legal function.
• Develop, configure, and maintain legal templates, intake processes, workflows, and system documentation.
• Monitor legal operations through reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to identify trends and drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with attorneys, legal professionals, and cross-functional stakeholders to support legal initiatives and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Lead or support process improvement, automation, and legal transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide user support, training, and guidance on legal systems, tools, and best practices.
• Assist with the implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of legal technology solutions and operational processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, system records, and operational procedures while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organizational standards.
• Participate in project management activities, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts supporting the Legal Shared Services function.
